Bob Allwein, Owner
Bob is a father of two grown children and lives with his wife Stacy in New Market, MD. He and his family have been an active cash home buyers in Maryland since 2003.
Specializing in buying houses “as is” and renovating them for new families, Bob has been able to help hundreds of people sell their homes quickly and fairly. When he’s not out buying houses; Bob can be found riding his bike on the C&O Canal, or spending quality time with his family.
Michael Allwein, Acquisitions Manager
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Agent for the past several years, Michael serves as the Acquisitions Manager for Maryland Cash House Buyers, meaning he will be your main point of contact once the process gets started. His goal is to provide you with a real practical solution.

Katelyn Fallon, Lead Manager
Katelyn joined the Maryland Cash Buyers team shortly after joining the Allwein Team of Century 21 Redwood as a Realtor. Her passion for Real Estate and for helping others align perfectly with Bob and his team’s mission.

How We Differ From The Competition
Yes, we flip houses. We provide many of the same services as some of our competitors (Close on your timeline, we pay closing costs, we’ll clean out the house, heck; we’ll even help you move). We find houses with issues that people can’t or don’t have the time or money to solve and we “fix them”. Then we sell the house to the next family to enjoy. This is our first priority. But we have something most of the competition does not! We have Top Producing Retail Real Estate Agents on our Team as well. Michael and Katelyn are both licensed agents. Bob’s wife Stacy is the Team Leader of the Allwein Team of Century 21 Redwood Realty in Frederick, MD. Stacy sells all of our houses when we finish them. Their son Michael is our primary buying specialist and Katelyn is managing our offers and contracts.
What This Means For You
This presents a unique opportunity for Maryland Cash House Buyers and many of our sellers as well. You see, we are not out to buy your house at the cheapest price we can get. We are out to pay fair market value for properties based on the condition they are in “as is”, restore them to glory and make a profit when we sell them. Would you buy a house without at least driving by to make sure it looks the same today as it did when the Google Truck drove by? With our offer you can expect to receive that exact amount of money at the settlement table.
